Seta Çelik Makina İnşaat Taahhüt San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. in Adana is seeking a Foreign Trade & Business Development Specialist to oversee export/import operations, develop new markets, and support international sales initiatives.

You will collaborate with production, logistics and finance teams, prepare commercial documents, and represent the company at trade fairs, with English proficiency and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of export/import procedures, Incoterms, customs processes, and international trade regulations.
• Business development experience with market research, customer networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Written and spoken English proficiency; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing import and export operations end-to-end.
• Preparing and tracking commercial documents.
• Coordinating with logistics companies and business partners.
• Monitoring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Researching and developing new international markets.
• Conducting market and competitor analyses.
• Supporting pricing and contract negotiations with overseas customers and distributors.
• Maintaining regular communication with existing business partners.
• Preparing sales and performance reports.
• Working with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order completion.
• Supporting participation in foreign trade fairs and events.
• Contributing to the preparation of materials for international sales and marketing activities.
