Job summary

XCMG Group in Ankara is seeking an Import Specialist to manage spare parts import operations, HS code determination, and documentation. You will work with customs agencies and internal teams to ensure timely clearance. You will prepare and review import documents for construction machinery, monitor arrivals, and support inventory control.

Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required. Collaborating with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments, you will help ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in import, logistics, foreign trade, customs, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of import procedures, customs processes, HS codes, and shipping documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with TSE and CE processes is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Spare Parts Import operations.
• Tracking spare parts import; Prepare accurate product descriptions to determine HS codes for importation.
• Perform preliminary authorization and tax checks.
• Coordinate with customs agencies and supervise the processes.
• Monitor arrival status.
• Construction Machinery Import & Documentation.
• Collect and review required documentation for construction machinery imports.
• Follow up on TSE and CE application and certification processes.
• Monitor import and customs clearance processes and ensure required documentation is completed on time.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, logistics providers, and other external parties throughout the import process.
• Inventory & Stock Management.
• Regularly update construction machinery inventory and stock records.
• Ensure inventory records updated following each sale, machinery arrival, or new contract.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock and inventory data.
