Job summary

Eminevim is seeking a seasoned Business Analysts to bridge customer needs and software delivery. You will work with engineers and testers to translate requirements into new or enhanced products, services, and profits.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in business analysis, strong SDLC knowledge, and experience documenting complex operations for tech teams. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential for success at Eminevim.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience as Business/Systems Analyst.
• Excellent knowledge of methods and techniques about Business Analysis in Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in business process, UI/UX design, screen validation and mockup preparation.
• Preferably have IIBA, CCBA, CBAP, Scrum Alliance, CSPO, PSPO certificates.
• Excellent analytical ability to document and explain complex business operations to software developers, test and deliver new business requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of Algorithms, UML, Data structures, Database Design, Design principles, OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, Domain Driven Design, NLayer Architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, time management, strong judgment and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical staff.
• Experience in preparing test scenarios and performing functional testing for new software features/projects.
• Highly organized self-starter who can own projects with limited supervision.
• Quick learner open to changing and evolving business.
• Experience on Payment Systems is a plus.
• Experience on Virtual Pos integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities
