Job summary

Eminevim is seeking a senior BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize data warehouse ETL processes and analytics solutions. You will work with SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, Power BI, and data modeling to deliver dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and at least five years of experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, with strong SQL expertise and proficiency in Python or R. English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering; Master's/PhD is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with data management, analysis and reporting.
• Strong SQL expertise and experience with MS SQL query language.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, and data analytics tools.
• Experience in Python or R and knowledge of statistics and ML techniques.
• Experience with ETL and data modeling; ERP/CRM is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills; no military obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Data Warehouse ETL processes.
• Develop and enhance ETL/OLAP/OLTP models for the solution.
• Manage, execute, and optimize data warehouse activities.
• Contribute to and support Data Warehouse process development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering; Master's or Ph.D. is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a robust background in data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of SQL and expert level experience working with MS SQL query language.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Microsoft SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of probability and statistics, machine learning techniques and advanced analytics. (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, causal inference).
• Experience in ETL and Data Modeling processes.
• ERP and CRM experience is a plus.
• Profound knowledge of DAX is a distinct advantage.
• Familarity with Data Warehousing concepts (SCD, Partitioning, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Having no military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

• Designing, developing, and testing Data Warehouse ETL processes.
• Developing and enhancing ETL (SSIS), OLAP (SSAS), and OLTP models suitable for the developed solution.
• Managing executing, and optimizing data warehouse activities.
• Contributing to and supporting Data Warehouse process development.
• Maintaining and tuning ETL jobs.
• Creating dashboards and interactive reports in the PowerBI environment, overseeing the editing and support processes.
• Planning analytical model development processes, such as forecasting, classification, and clustering in data analytics projects.
• Utilizing predictive modeling to enhance and optimize user experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
• efficiently integrating data from external sources.
• Generating periodic or ad hoc data and creating reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
