Job summary

Arkas Holding İstanbul’da Global & Strategic Accounts Specialist aramaktadır. Görev, uluslararası ortamda çoklu paydaşlarla koordinasyon sağlayarak tender süreçlerini yürütmeyi ve müşterilerin portföyünü genişletmeyi kapsar.

Pozisyon, lojistik/taşımacılık sektörlerinde deneyim ve güçlü analitik raporlama becerileri gerektirir; İngilizce yüksek düzeyde olacaktır. Şirket, operasyonel süreçlerde rehberlik ve müşteri odaklı yaklaşımı ön planda tutar.

Qualifications

• Lojistik/taşımacılık sektörlerinde deneyim
• Benzer rolde en az 3 yıl tecrübe
• Veri analizi ve raporlama becerileri
• MS Excel ve MS Office programlarına hâkimiyet
• İyi derecede İngilizce bilmek
• Uluslararası ortamda çoklu paydaşlarla koordinasyon yeteneği

Responsibilities

• Gemi koşullarıyla ilgili tender süreçleri ve RFQ süreçlerini müşteriye, Arkas Line birimlerine ve ajanslara iletmek ve sonuçları paylaşmak
• Taşınan yüklerin tender ile belirlenen şartlar ve hacimler doğrultusunda izlenmesini sağlamak ve gerekli aksiyonları almak
• Müşteriler, Arkas Line acenteleri ve iç bölümler arasında ticari ve operasyonel süreçlerin sorunsuz yürütülmesini koordine etmek
• Kritik durumlarda operasyonel süreçlere müdahale ederek müşteriye zarar gelmemesi için gerekli yönlendirmeyi sağlamak
• Rakip firmalar ve piyasa faaliyetleri konusunda araştırma yapmak ve sonraki süreçleri yürütmek
• Mevcut pazar ve yeni pazarlarda müşteri portföyünü artırmak için müşteri ziyaretleri gerçekleştirmek
• Tender sonuçlarını ve müşteri ziyaretlerini yönetime raporlayıp ajanslar ile paylaşıp süreçlerin uygunluk yönünde yönlendirilmesini sağlamak

GLOBAL & STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST

Konum: İstanbul, İstanbul, TR

• Experienced in container, transportation and/or logistics industries
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially in MS Excel
• Very good command of English
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
• Developing various shipping projects to ensure maximum profit for Arkas Line as a result of monitoring and expanding the existing and potential customer portfolio, and to carry out the necessary works and tender processes in this context to ensure the establishment of long-term relationships
• Providing and sharing the necessary guidance and carrying out the tender RFI & RFQ processes with the customer, Arkas Line related units, and agencies, and finalizing the tender process
• Continuously monitors whether the shipments realized in connection with the concluded tenders continue in the conditions and volumes specified in the tender, and takes the necessary actions accordingly
• Coordinating between customers, Arkas Line agencies and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial and operational processes
• Intervenes in the operational processes that are routinely followed by Arkas Line and its agents, in situations that may affect or are likely to affect the customers for which it is responsible, and provides the necessary guidance and information to pass a possible problematic process without damage or with the minimum possible damage
• Supports research on competitor companies and market activities, and conducts the subsequent process
• Conducting research, customer visits to increase the customer portfolio in the current market and new markets
• Reporting the tender results and customer visits to the management and sharing them extensively with the agencies ensures that the agents are oriented to the conditions approved in the tender regarding operational requirements and pricing
