Job summary

Anadolu Group in İstanbul (Anadolu) seeks a Spare Parts Import Specialist to lead end-to-end import operations for motorcycle and scooter spare parts and related products. You will coordinate shipments, customs clearance, and cost control while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication with overseas suppliers, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and a minimum of 3 years in import operations within automotive or spare parts sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of import operations experience in spare parts or automotive.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs clearance and trade documentation.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import process for spare parts and related products.
• Coordinate customs clearance, tariffs, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor import costs, analyze variances, and optimize expenses.
• Collaborate with Spare Parts Manager and other departments to ensure timely operations.
