Job summary

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in Turkey is seeking an experienced indirect purchasing specialist to manage sourcing and supplier processes for machinery spare parts and other operational needs.

You will collaborate with internal teams and international suppliers, lead negotiations on price and terms, monitor supplier performance, and optimize spare parts stock using SAP and other procurement systems. This role emphasizes cost optimization and building strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage indirect purchasing activities including machinery spare parts and other operational requirements.
• Manage sourcing processes including supplier identification, RFQs, quotation evaluation, negotiation and supplier selection.
• Evaluate supplier quotations from technical and commercial perspectives with internal teams.
• Identify and develop new and alternative suppliers to strengthen the supplier portfolio and cost optimization.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and commercial terms to improve purchasing efficiency and cost savings.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with international suppliers and machinery manufacturers.
• Manage purchasing data through SAP and relevant procurement systems.
• Support optimization of plant spare parts stock levels and monitor consumption for preventive actions.

About this Position In this position, you will take an active role in indirect purchasing activities, managing sourcing and supplier processes for machinery spare parts and other operational requirements. You will work closely with relevant internal teams and collaborate with local and international suppliers to support efficient and cost-effective purchasing operations.

What you´ll do

• Coordinate purchasing activities and commercial discussions with international suppliers and machinery manufacturers
• Manage purchasing activities and related data through SAP and relevant procurement systems
• Support to optimizing of plant spart parts stock level,
• Check to consumption of spare parts routinely and taking preventive actions
