Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably international.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems is required.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, opportunity management, and sales pipeline management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under timelines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative team approach.
• Experience in export operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage international demo requests and product orders by accurately entering and maintaining them in the relevant systems.
• Create, update, and maintain sales opportunities and related customer data in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor opportunities through the sales cycle and keep CRM records, stages, and sales information up to date.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill customer requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as coordination point between international customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
• Provide operational support to international sales teams and follow up on requests and orders.
• Assist with quotations, certificates, and other sales-related documentation.
• Oversee end-to-end order process from entry to delivery and payment coordination.
• Coordinate with Foreign Trade Specialist for export documentation and shipment processes.
