Job summary

Ravago Türkiye seeks a dynamic professional to join our production sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee export activities, expand the customer base in plastics engineering materials, and drive revenue across the territory. English proficiency and strong collaboration will be essential.

The role requires engineering qualifications, 3–5 years in export sales, and proficiency with MS Office; travel is unrestricted to support customers and markets.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering with chemistry/materials focus.
• Advanced level in English and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of plastics raw materials, especially engineering thermoplastics and TPEs.
• 3–5 years of export field sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to travel without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Support all direct and indirect sales activities and expand the market in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to find new customers, markets, and opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with customers through visits, demonstrations, and negotiations to achieve targets.
• Report customer questions and requests to relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor sector and market developments and manage proposals and payments.
• Prepare customer visit, sales, and payment reports.
