Job summary

Reform Sports ®, a rapidly growing exporter focused on sports facilities installation, seeks an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead the export sales team from our Head Office located in Bağcılar – Mahmutbey, Istanbul.

The role requires a BA in Business Admin/Economics/Foreign Trade, 10 years in export operations, and strong English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus. You will develop export strategies, manage key accounts, and oversee end-to-end processes to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or related disciplines.
• Very good command of English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of French or Arabic is asset.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in export operations and foreign trade regulations.
• Proven managerial experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Analytical, result-oriented leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Managing, supervising, and evaluating the performance of the export sales team in line with company targets.
• Reviewing export sales projects; identifying risks, gaps, and improvement areas, and ensuring effective execution.
• Developing and implementing export sales strategies, market entry plans, and annual sales targets.
• Conducting in-depth market and customer analysis to identify new business opportunities and high-potential markets.
• Ensuring the sustainability and growth of relationships with key and strategic customers.
• Managing and overseeing foreign trade regimes (Export, Free Zones, Bonded Warehouses, Transit Trade, Inward Processing Regime – DİİB, etc.).
• Leading all commercial negotiations, customer correspondence, and pricing/offer processes.
• Overseeing the end-to-end export order management process, including order approval, warehouse coordination, shipping documentation, and on-time delivery.
• Monitoring export payments, profitability, and cost calculations; ensuring financial accuracy and risk control.
• Preparing regular management reports on export performance, market development, and sales forecasts.
