TCWGlobal is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst I to deliver global end-user IT support in a Mac-dominant environment from Ankara, Turkey. The role combines onsite and remote support, onboarding, and issue resolution for a multinational team.

You will configure macOS devices, manage access via Okta, and coordinate with global IT teams to ensure reliable service. Strong English communication and 2 years of IT experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Hands-on macOS troubleshooting across devices and users.
• Experience supporting end users in a global company or environment.
• 2 years of IT support, desktop support, or systems administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English for customer service and technical support.
• Experience with onboarding and user orientation for non-technical employees.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JSM).
• Familiarity with Jamf, Mac administration, and Okta identity management.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Basic networking knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot printer/connectivity issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide global end-user IT support in a predominantly Mac-based environment.
• Prioritize and resolve IT support requests within SLAs.
• Configure and troubleshoot macOS devices, software, and network connectivity.
• Provide onsite and remote support for laptops, monitors, printers, and AV equipment.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding and access to systems and apps.
• Support device management with Jamf and IAM with Okta.
• Coordinate with local and global IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document solutions and build knowledge-base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
