Job summary

Insider One in Turkey is seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Technology Specialist to support and continuously improve our workplace technology environment. You will handle end-user support, endpoint management, IT asset governance, and collaboration tools for a fast-growing team.

The role emphasizes macOS and iOS in enterprise settings, device lifecycle, security compliance, conference room tech, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace technology and IT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apple macOS and iOS in enterprise environments.
• Experience with IT asset management and device lifecycle.
• Experience supporting executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex workplace tech incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, collaboration, and connectivity issues across remote and on-site environments.
• Provide high-quality technical support to executive leadership, Board members, and other critical users.
• Manage the complete device lifecycle including procurement, deployment, assignment, transfer, return, replacement and decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms, device policies, software deployments, OS upgrades, and security requirements.
• Support Apple-focused enterprise environments across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
• Monitor endpoint compliance, security posture, warranty status, utilization, and refresh requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile assets with IT systems.
• Identify missing, inactive, or misassigned devices and take corrective action.
• Provide asset and inventory insights for capacity planning and procurement.
• Lead the technical operation of conference rooms, video conferencing, AV systems, room scheduling, and displays.
• Ensure meeting technologies are ready for executive meetings and events.
• Participate in workplace tech pilots, deployments and rollout initiatives.
• Support adoption of productivity tools and automation solutions.
• Contribute to user training, internal communications, and knowledge-base content.
• Analyze recurring incidents and root causes to develop sustainable solutions.
• Promote automation and self-service to reduce operational work.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, business teams and vendors to improve service quality.
• Ensure secure and compliant processes for device deployment, access, and data wiping.
