Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Global Field Training professional for Structural Heart to develop and deploy standardized training curricula across markets. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and medical education teams to ensure training aligns with product and clinical strategies.

The role is remote with up to 50% travel to support launches and regional training centers, requiring coordination with global stakeholders and multiple regions for consistency and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Medical Education, Marketing, or related commercial functions.
• Experience developing, implementing, or delivering commercial, clinical, product, or sales training programs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, training, medical education, or commercial organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of global commercial and clinical training curricula for Structural Heart therapies.
• Drive training standardization across global markets while enabling regional customization.
• Partner with Global and Regional teams to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives and support regional teams in delivering training programs.
