Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Engineering to bring structure, visibility, and delivery discipline to our growing engineering organization. You will coordinate across multiple tracks, lead Jira workflows, and ensure consistent delivery practices in a global, hybrid setting.

You will partner with engineers and technical leads to maintain an up-to-date view of execution, mitigate risks, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role in software/tech.
• Strong hands-on Jira experience with workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting, and automation.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices with facilitation experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple software engineering teams or technical workstreams.
• Experience translating technical discussions into delivery, status, and risk reporting.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Turkish in a global, hybrid setup.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Istanbul - Kozyatağı.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery across multiple workstreams with clear visibility into priorities, progress, blockers, and timelines.
• Own Jira processes: workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting, and automation.
• Run delivery ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and more.
• Track progress and risk: monitor sprint/project progress and elevate issues early.
• Coordinate across technical teams to standardize planning, estimation, and delivery across domains.
• Measure and report: deliver dashboards and status updates for leadership.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and handoffs with external partners when needed.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support client demonstrations and onboarding of new engineers to processes.
