Job summary

Zohorecruit in Turkey seeks an experienced import/export specialist to manage end-to-end pharma logistics for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with global PMO and OXIMIO strategy. Qualifications

Expert in import/export procedures and Incoterms.
Experience across global, multi-site organizations.
Fluent in English; ideally multilingual.
Strong negotiation and cost-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee import/export activities aligned to global projects and quality standards.
Track customs legislation and maintain vendor relationships.
Lead customs clearance, licensing, and documentation.
Coordinate cold chain logistics and packaging compliance.
Ensure compliance and provide guidance to PM and depots.
Maintain SharePoint documentation and update tracking systems.
