Job summary

ORZAX is seeking a Brand Manager in Istanbul to drive market growth in the OTC sector. You will observe markets and competitors, define sales strategies, and secure new customers across target markets.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Legal to ensure top-quality service and successful international transactions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in foreign trade, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years in foreign trade.
• Experience in food supplements or healthcare preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willing to visit customers periodically.
• Customer-oriented with negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated to develop existing and new business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team player with result orientation.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Capable of fast-paced work and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Observe and analyze market, competitors and customers.
• Investigate target markets and establish sales strategies according to market dynamics.
• Gain new customers in target markets and promote sales.
• Determine new customers and channels and assess them.
• Organize visits to markets and customers.
• Set annual sales targets and identify country/customer demands.
• Achieve sales targets for relevant customers and dealers in responsible countries.
• Perform sales activities in the assigned territory to accomplish annual sales objectives.
• Assist in developing the sales and marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide market research.
• Report regularly (monthly, quarterly, annually) to Export Manager.
• Transfer up-to-date information to Marketing for regional strategies and assist in strategy formation.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Legal to ensure top-quality service.
• Ensure international financial transactions are processed successfully.
• Ensure export/import processes run smoothly.
