Job summary

Azelis Holding S.A. is seeking an Import/Export Specialist for its Supply Chain team. Based at our Istanbul headquarters in Ümraniye, this hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days remote.

You will coordinate orders, manage import/export processes, and liaise with principals, customers, and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance. The ideal candidate has a university degree in a relevant field and proven experience in supply chain and imports, with strong English

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import/export activities and coordinate with principals, customers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, invoicing, and supplier/payment match; support cost control and process improvements.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
