Job summary

Döhler Turkey is seeking an Import Operations Specialist to be employed in Istanbul Maltepe Office. The role involves managing import banking processes, invoice controls, and documenting efficient workflows across the company’s IT systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Foreign Trade, at least 3 years in import operations, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Foreign Trade or closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Analytical thinking with an innovative point of view.
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Keep system up to date.
• Execute handling of all related banking processes of import.
• Control invoices and forward to finance department.
• Document efficient processes in the company's internal IT systems.
• Process all required customs procedures and legalisations in consultation with the site, considering current jurisdiction and legislation.
