Job summary

Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.
Turkish language proficiency (strong written and verbal).
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or similar roles.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong team player with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

Support indirect procurement processes through coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating business partner records and purchase orders in the system.
Prepare and issue waybills for shipments in line with operational requirements.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system.
Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution.
Monitor inventory levels and proactively ensure timely replenishment.
Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data.
