Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry,
- Proven leadership experience in Production Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or World Class Manufacturing (WCM),
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and sustaining Production Systems within manufacturing organizations,
- Hands‑on experience with Toyota Production System (TPS), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), TPM, or similar Lean Manufacturing systems,
- Strong expertise in one or more Production System pillars, including Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, Safety, Workplace Organization (5S), and Problem Solving,
- Solid knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, PDCA, A3 Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work, Visual Management, OEE, TPM, and Continuous Improvement techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design, establish, and deploy the MF Production System as the company standard across all manufacturing sites,
- Develop and standardize the methodologies, processes, and governance of the Production System,
- Lead the implementation and continuous development of the following pillars:
- Autonomous Maintenance
- Preventive Maintenance
- Quality
- Logistics
- Workplace Organization (5S)
- Safety
- Lead and coach Pillar Leaders across multiple locations, ensuring consistent implementation of Production System standards,
- Build sustainable operational standards and ensure their effective deployment throughout all plants,
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful implementation and long‑term sustainability of the Production System,
- Drive a Continuous Improvement culture by promoting Lean methodologies, Kaizen, and structured problem‑solving approaches,
- Monitor plant performance through standardized KPIs and lead improvement initiatives based on performance analysis,
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Operations teams to improve operational performance,
- Benchmark and share best practices across all manufacturing locations.
