Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum three years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within Automotive Seating or Interior Systems.
- Minimum two years of experience in Requirement Management, Validation, Test Coordination and/or Test Center activities.
- Experience with PLM and Requirement Management tools such as Teamcenter or IBM DOORS is highly preferred.
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong follow-up, reporting and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track engineering requirements received through RFQs and customer portals, ensuring effective coordination with relevant teams.
- Collect, manage and maintain internal, external, regulatory and project-specific customer requirements within the Requirement Management system.
- Conduct structured benchmarking and comparison of customer specifications to identify differences, gaps, and potential risks.
- Migrate and maintain norms, standards and technical specifications within the PLM/Requirement Management database.
- Perform technical risk assessments throughout project phases and evaluate product compliance with defined requirements.
- Ensure the timely completion of Requirement Compliance workflows and report product-related technical risks through the requirement sign-off process.
- Support the implementation and coordination of Requirement Management, Simulation and Validation processes across projects.
- Generate and maintain risk assessments based on CAE, Validation Plans and Results.
- Conduct requirement maturity assessments at project gates and prepare related reports.
- Contribute to Gap Analysis and Lessons Learned activities.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of internal requirement management processes, procedures and documentation.
- Analyse engineering data and prepare regular progress, risk, and issue reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective requirement management throughout the project lifecycle.
