Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company in Turkey, seeks a Marketing Director to lead brand, acquisition, distribution, partnerships, creators, content, community and marketing tech. You will shape strategy, translate priorities into plans and budgets, and drive measurable commercial outcomes across crypto, Web3 culture, gaming and digital entertainment.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years in marketing with senior leadership experience in crypto/web3, gaming, fintech or digital entertainment.
Proven ability to define and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies with measurable growth.
Strong experience across partnerships, sponsorships, creators/KOLs, affiliates, SEO, content and distribution.

Responsibilities

Define the overall marketing strategy, priorities, plans and budgets with clear commercial outcomes.
Lead ambassador programs, creator relationships, and community strategies across platforms like Discord/Telegram.
Build an integrated acquisition and distribution engine across owned media, paid, SEO, content and affiliates.
Own marketing tech, data, analytics, attribution, automation and reporting, including AI-backed workflows.
Monitor budgets, performance metrics and risks; report to executive leadership with opportunities.
Provide senior leadership across marketing functions while enabling cross-functional collaboration.
