7TEEN Games is seeking a Marketing Analyst to drive growth in the Turkish market. The role covers paid media, analytics, and social media, with a strong emphasis on understanding the gaming audience and localizing content for Turkish players.

You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, monitor budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with remote teams to deliver data-driven results in a flexible work setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish and advanced English.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Experience with social media management and content planning.
• Strong ability to analyze data and turn insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across platforms within budget.
• Monitor, optimize paid media campaigns for performance.
• Set up and monitor tags, events, and conversions via GTM.
• Analyze marketing metrics using GA and other tools and generate reports.
• Develop Turkish social media content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Track trends and opportunities across platforms to boost reach and engagement.
• Create marketing campaigns and content tailored to Turkish gamers.
• Evaluate initiative results and drive continuous improvements.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and gaming audience behavior.
