Job summary

Jobgether in Turkey seeks a Director of Corporate Development for a partner company. You will own inorganic growth, lead acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to integration, and assess alliances and major partnerships.

This is a remote, autonomous role reporting to CFO, with exposure to strategic decisions. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in corporate development/related fields, strong financial modeling, due diligence, and a track record with software or tech transactions.

Qualifications

8+ years of combined experience across corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
Experience leading or coordinating comprehensive due diligence.
Advanced financial modeling skills including three-statement and sensitivity analysis.
Track record presenting to executive audiences and defending recommendations.
Experience with software/recurring-revenue models and key metrics.
Experience with post-merger integration and transaction execution.
Strategic planning experience and growth-focused mindset.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to decline non-viable opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and manage the acquisition pipeline aligned with strategic priorities.
Develop and apply screening, scoring for strategic fit, returns, and risk.
Prepare concise opportunity assessments with costs, returns, risks, and outcomes.
Develop valuation, transaction, scenario and sensitivity models for targets.
