Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Social Media Content Creator & Designer in Turkey to craft engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads. You will manage short-form video, motion graphics, static designs, thumbnails, and branded assets while maintaining a warm, human storytelling voice.

You will balance AI tools with authentic storytelling, own creative concepts from hooks to final assets, and collaborate across brands in a dynamic remote marketing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience creating social media content across multiple brands and projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Strong experience with After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for visual design, branding, and production.
• Experience creating B2B content for professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, design, edit, and deliver social media content across multiple platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, motion graphics, thumbnails, and advertising creatives.
• Develop hooks, scripts, subtitles, and storytelling approaches to drive engagement.
• Edit video content with Premiere Pro and create motion graphics using After Effects.
• Design branded assets with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Adapt content for paid campaigns including Google Ads.
