Job summary

Akcoat is a global leader in advanced coating technologies with nearly 50 years of experience and a strong presence in Türkiye. We are seeking a Glass Coatings Sales Executive to lead sales for functional glass coating products and to expand our international market share.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of technical sales experience, and excellent English skills. Based in İstanbul or nearby regions, travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in technical sales.
• Experience in glass coating technologies and industrial coatings preferred.
• Excellent English and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for functional glass coating products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with customers' technical and production teams to support trials and implementation.
• Monitor market trends and contribute insights to R&D and product development.
• Drive new business and market development initiatives.
