Job summary

Akcoat seeks an Enamel Export Sales Specialist to join the Istanbul team. You will build strong relationships with customers, understand technical and commercial needs, and lead feasibility studies while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires English fluency, a technical-commercial mindset, and a willingness to travel. You will collaborate across the Export Sales Team to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, combining technical and sales responsibilities.
• Excellent command of English.
• Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their technical and commercial needs.
• Establish agreements under the right commercial conditions while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support during product sampling and trial processes, acting as a reliable partner to customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits, identify on-site needs, and participate in workshops and joint studies.
• Lead feasibility studies for customer requests and manage sample preparation in line with technical specs.
• Ensure quality tests are carried out, share insights with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Effectively manage product complaints with cross-functional coordination and sustainable solutions.
• Identify and resolve root causes of recurring quality issues with internal teams.
• Contribute to business growth by acquiring new customers and strengthening partnerships.
• Closely monitor customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Analyze regional markets and provide insights on customer expectations, product positioning, and competitors.
