Döhler Turkey is seeking a Teamlead Flavour Creation to be based in Istanbul, Maltepe Office. You will lead the Flavour Creation team across all flavour technology platforms and drive development of innovative flavour solutions for global and regional markets.

You will coach a high-performing team, collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and sensory & consumer science, and lead projects from concept to commercial implementation, ensuring technical excellence and consumer

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or a related scientific discipline.
• Extensive experience as a flavourist with leadership and people management in flavour creation or R&D.
• Proven leadership in technical teams and coaching talent.
• Broad expertise across multiple flavour technologies and tonalities with strong flavour chemistry.
• Understanding of flavour development processes, ingredient functionality, and commercial innovation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation in an international environment.
• Fluent in English with presentation and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Flavour Creation team across technology platforms.
• Develop, harmonise, and improve innovative flavour solutions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of flavourists.
• Coordinate with regional centres to align strategy and knowledge sharing.
• Translate consumer insights into differentiated flavour concepts.
• Lead end-to-end flavour innovation projects.
• Provide technical leadership across flavour tonalities and technologies.
• Utilize sensory and analytical data to drive innovation and resolve challenges.
• Represent Flavour Creation in global platforms and cross-functional reviews.
• Drive standardisation and optimisation of flavour formulations.
• Contribute to long-term flavour innovation strategy.
