Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
6–7 years of bakery product development or flavors experience.
Strong expertise in bakery applications, product development, and commercialization.
Deep understanding of ingredient functionality and flavor interactions.
Hands-on bakery category experience (cakes, biscuits, cookies, crackers, fillings).
Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and optimization of bakery flavor solutions to meet requirements.
Manage projects independently from concept through commercialization.
Design and run lab and pilot-scale trials for flavor performance and scalability.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams for technical recommendations.
Translate insights and trends into differentiated bakery flavor concepts.
Mentor colleagues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Present concepts and technical recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
