Job summary

Altıparmak Gıda is seeking a curious, analytical Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in Turkey. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will help shape the future of our brands through annual brand planning, consumer insights, and support for launches.

This is a fast-paced FMCG environment offering growth into a Brand Manager role, close collaboration with Sales, R&D, Packaging and Production, and exposure to cross-functional campaigns and 360° communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience analyzing Nielsen data is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand strategy.
• Contribute to annual marketing planning process and KPI delivery.
• Own brand performance and strategic alignment.
• Monitor sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare consumer insight reports and translate findings into actions.
• Identify growth opportunities across channels and categories.
• Support end-to-end management of new product launches and renovations with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies on integrated brand communication.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare management reports.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with export teams and external partners.
