Job summary

KeyPartners is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our international client’s leadership team for the Gebze plant.

The Head of Finance & Administration will oversee finance, accounting, HR and operations, develop annual budgets, and present dashboards to EXCOM and HQ. You will develop the team, align with the business strategy, ensure compliance and drive finance excellence through automation and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in finance, accounting, HR and administration in international contexts.
• At least 5 years in N-1 leadership roles with people management responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Turkish GAAP, IFRS, cash flow management.
• Experience with SAP; CPA qualification is an asset.
• Excellent command of English; strong communication and problem solving.
• Ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively.
• Hands-on, servant leadership attitude developing people and accountability.
• Proven stakeholder management across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for short and long-term financial objectives.
• Provide timely analysis and reporting of financials; consolidate and report.
• Manage forecasting and budgeting in line with trends and economics.
• Direct finance, accounting, HR and operations functions.
• Plan, implement and control all financial activities of the company.
• Oversee legal processes and asset management.
• Build relationships with EXCOM and HQ to align on needs and solutions.
• Advise executive management on financial implications of activities.
• Maintain internal controls and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and finance regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and address findings.
• Monitor cash balances and forecasts; manage treasury.
• Promote finance excellence through automation and simplification.
• Contribute to sales financial analysis.
