Otis Elevator Company in Istanbul Beylikdüzü seeks a Factory Finance Business Partner to lead the Controlling team and act as a trusted partner to senior management, driving financial strategy and performance for the Buga manufacturing site.

You will own annual budgeting, cost control, and profitability analyses, collaborate with international Finance teams, and ensure Turkish GAAP and US GAAP compliance while advancing process improvements.

Competenze

University degree in Finance, Controlling or related field.
Several years of controlling leadership experience in manufacturing or international business.
Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and US GAAP accounting principles.
High IT affinity; proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

Lead and develop the Controlling team.
Partner with management to provide analyses, reporting, and recommendations for financial strategy and performance at the Buga manufacturing site.
Own annual budgeting and financial planning, focusing on personnel and operating costs.
Conduct profitability and cost analyses with Business Unit Managers and monitor improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present KPIs and financial updates to national and international stakeholders.
