KONE Türkiye Finance team seeks an experienced and business-oriented Business Controlling Manager to provide financial insight, performance analysis, and decision support to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance management.
Experience with ERP systems, reporting and consolidation tools, and BI applications.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across the organization.
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
High integrity, professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities

Build partnerships with business leaders as the key finance advisor.
Develop understanding of business operations, performance drivers and metrics.
Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to assess performance.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Promote financial awareness across the organization.
Ensure compliance with financial control standards and reporting principles.
Monitor accuracy of management and financial reporting and KPIs.
Analyze weekly and monthly performance and variances against budget and forecast.
Prepare executive-level performance summaries and support ad hoc projects.
Collaborate with leaders to define and follow up on improvement actions.
