KONE is seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our Delivery Operations team in the Marmara region of Turkey. You will support Project Managers and Supervisors with planning, documentation, and financial control across the project lifecycle.

The role requires English fluency, experience in administrative tasks, and strong communication skills. You will work with SAP and Microsoft Office to manage documentation, invoicing, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related fields.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Experience in administrative tasks and project-related support.
• Ability to understand and manage contract terms, conditions, and financial aspects.
• Strong communication skills for presenting information to managers, customers and contractors.
• Ability to prepare clear, professional reports and business correspondence.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle practical challenges.

Aufgaben

• Support Project Managers and Supervisors by ensuring accurate project planning, documentation and financial control.
• Collect and organize project information to support decision-making.
• Monitor project schedules and notify stakeholders of updates.
• Support customer correspondence, obtain approvals and signatures, and archive documents.
• Monitor invoicing vs. billing plans and report deviations for corrective actions.
• Maintain and update project revenue and cost forecasts monthly.
• Create Purchase Requisitions with required details.
• Ensure accurate labor planning and subcontracting before installation.
• Participate in Pre-Delivery Reviews and ensure correct cost planning.
• Manage documentation for fitters and subcontractors with Installation Resource Manager.
• Coordinate project logistics with the logistics team.
• Ensure correct use of activities and cost elements in actual costs.
• Handle change orders and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support claim handling and document project scope changes.
• Monitor milestones and maintain project schedule in the system.
• Compile end-of-project documentation for customers and archives.
• Coordinate with the team to plan remaining costs before closing.
