Job summary

ManpowerGroup Türkiye is seeking a Senior Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our business partner in the technology and industrial solutions sector.

You will manage end-to-end accounting operations, support month-end close and financial reporting, and collaborate with international teams to ensure accurate statements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of experience and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in accounting operations and financial reporting standards.
• Solid knowledge of local tax, VAT, and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP and AR.
• Execute invoice posting, payment processes, and collections management.
• Prepare payment runs and manage online banking transactions.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing and reporting processes; prepare financial statements.
