Job summary

Wideandwise seeks a Senior Finance Specialist to safeguard financial health, ensure compliance, and drive long-term growth. You will shape financial strategy, lead planning and reporting, manage liquidity and costs, and mentor the finance team.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, ERP experience, and strong English proficiency. A solid background in manufacturing or FMCG finance will be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives, supporting growth initiatives and investment decisions through financial analysis and business case evaluations
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, financing activities, banking relationships, and working capital management to ensure the company’s financial stability
• Support cost accounting and manufacturing finance processes, including standard costing, cost analysis, profitability assessments, and pricing support
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, KPIs, and financial analyses
• Oversee accounting, tax, and statutory compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while identifying tax optimization and incentive opportunities
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve internal control, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks
• Lead relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective communication and compliance with reporting requirements
