Job summary

Gamak Makina Sanayi A.Ş. is looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive growth in assigned regions and new markets. You will manage distributors, visit clients, and represent the company at international exhibitions, guiding the export process from quotation through shipment.

Qualifications include 3+ years in international sales, engineering degree, ERP/MS Office proficiency, and fluency in English and Russian. Travel and flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in international sales.
• Export sales experience in motors or power transmission is preferred.
• Knowledge of export processes: logistics, customs, terms of payment.
• Fluent English; Russian proficiency a plus.
• ERP systems and MS Office skills required.
• Strong planning, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; long hours as needed.
• Male candidates must complete military service.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research in the assigned region to identify opportunities.
• Manage and develop relationships with distributors and customers.
• Visit distributors and potential clients identified via market research.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Oversee export sales process from quotation to shipment.
• Coordinate with export production and operations teams.
• Report sales results against targets to management.
• Monitor market dynamics and customer satisfaction; handle after-sales follow-up.
