Job summary

Reform Sports ®, headquartered in Bağcılar – Mahmutbey, seeks an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our export operations for sports facilities installations. You will manage the export team, develop market entry plans, assess risks, and build key client relationships while ensuring compliance with foreign trade regimes and timely order fulfillment.

You will drive strategies, supervise end-to-end export processes, and report on performance and forecasts to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or related field.
• Very good command of English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of French or Arabic is an asset.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in export operations and foreign trade regulations.
• Proven managerial experience leading sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Analytical, results-oriented leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate export sales team performance against targets.
• Review export projects, identify risks and improvements, ensure execution.
• Develop and implement export sales strategies and annual targets.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to find new opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with key and strategic customers.
• Oversee foreign trade regimes (Export, Free Zones, Bonded Warehouses, Transit Trade, Inward Processing Regime – DİİB, etc.).
• Lead commercial negotiations, customer correspondence, and pricing/offer processes.
• Oversee end-to-end export order process including warehousing, shipping docs, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor export payments, profitability, and cost control.
• Prepare regular management reports on export performance and forecasts.
