Job summary

ASD Laminat in Istanbul is seeking an Export Area Sales Specialist to drive growth in international markets. You will manage key accounts, identify opportunities, and negotiate terms to expand the distributor network.

The role requires 3+ years in export sales, strong language skills, and experience with incoterms and export documentation. The position is based in Istanbul with an on-site requirement and travel to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales and international customer management.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs processes, and Incoterms.
• Excellent command of English and French; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, German) are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; ERP system experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales activities in assigned export regions in line with company targets.
• Develop new customers and expand the distributor/dealer network in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international customers and business partners.
• Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and support market entry strategies.
• Prepare and follow up on sales offers, contracts, and price quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive actions to improve service quality.
• Represent the company in international fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits.
• Report sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to management regularly.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
