Job summary

Innomotics A.S. is seeking a Sales Manager in Adana to lead sales and marketing for Geared Motors (GM). The role focuses on building alliances with EPCs, OEMs, and end users, and driving regional growth through technical proposals, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will coordinate with product management and marketing to promote solutions, while expanding the customer base and delivering successful project outcomes across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing.
• Experience in partner management.
• Very good knowledge in geared motors, gear boxes and power transmission.
• Experience in drive applications across industries such as Cement, Mining, Iron & Steel, Intralogistics, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Water, Marine, Pulp & Paper.
• Excellent command of English.
• Analytical thinking, decision making, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel intensively around the region.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic alliances with EPCs, OEMs, System Integrators and End Users and network with decision makers.
• Manage and improve partners in the Adana region.
• Develop technical solutions and prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate commercial, logistics, legal and other teams during quotation preparation and contract negotiation.
• Follow up from order to dispatch to ensure delivery, commissioning and after-sales support.
• Perform market analysis and provide feedback to product management to maintain market leadership.
• Promote product highlights in line with the global strategy and support marketing communications.
• Develop and implement regional marketing plans to increase sales and expand the customer base.
• Present portfolio at exhibitions and seminars, and prepare technical articles for industry media.

Your future role.

As Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales and marketing activities for Geared Motors (GM) in Adana region, you will;

• Build strategic alliances with EPCs, OEMs, System Integrators and End Users and keep building relationships and networking with decision makers.
• Manage and improve partners in the region
• Develop technical solutions and prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate commercial, logistics, legal and other relevant teams during quotation preparation and contract negotiation.
• Follow up internal processes from order to dispatch by coordinating related teams to ensure successful delivery, commissioning and after sales support.
• Perform market analysis in region, follow market trends and supply feedback to the product management to maintain Innomotics’ trendsetter position.
• Promote product highlights in line with the global product strategy. Work in close cooperation with Marketing Communication to use effective media appearance, ensure target audience coverage with key messages.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies in region to increase sales volume and expand the customer base.
• Present portfolio in exhibitions and summits, perform seminars to market professionals, issue technical articles for industry media, work in close cooperation with related parties to perform marketing communication activities.

Your profile.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineeringor Electrical-Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing
