Job summary

Siegwerk, a global leader in printing inks, invites you to join Istanbul Tuzla as Export Operations Assistant Specialist. You will support export shipments with forwarders, monitor progress, and help ensure timely, compliant deliveries in an international setting.

With 1–3 years in export operations and a related degree, you will use ERP and MS Office to manage documents, costs, and records while collaborating with Order Management, Planning, Finance, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of export operations or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
• Experience with ERP and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and check export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates).
• Support customs clearance processes and track shipments.
• Enter costs and invoices into ERP accurately.
• Collaborate with Order Management, Planning, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Maintain professional communication with international customers and providers.
• Assist with reporting and admin tasks related to export operations.
