Job summary

ASD Laminat in Istanbul invites an experienced Export Area Sales Specialist to grow our international footprint. You will manage export regions, develop customers, and represent us at fairs and visits, aligning with global targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in export sales, fluency in English and French, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently among diverse markets. European-side residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, business or economics.
• Min. 3 years in export sales and international customer management.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs processes, and Incoterms.
• Excellent command of English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects under deadlines.
• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales activities in assigned export regions in line with company targets.
• Develop new customers and expand the distributor/dealer network in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international customers and business partners.
• Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and support market entry strategies.
• Prepare and follow up on sales offers, contracts, and price quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive actions to improve service quality.
• Represent the company in international fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits.
• Report sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to management regularly.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
