Job summary

ebebek is seeking a Foreign Trade Operation Specialist to join the Istanbul-based Supply Chain team. The role focuses on managing import/export processes, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in industrial engineering or international trade, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English (German a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in foreign trade, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge of customs, foreign trade practices, and related legislation.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Strong follow-up skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of all import and export processes.
• Prepare documents for import/export operations.
• Coordinate import/export logistics and customs clearance.
• Monitor developments in domestic and international laws and inform stakeholders.
• Prepare reports of foreign trade operations for management.
• Coordinate activities and ensure reconciliation.
• Document control and archiving of completed transactions.
• Ensure all documents are archived per law and procedures.
