Job summary

TP is seeking a Content Moderator to secure safe experiences for users and businesses in the global online community. You will review and classify user content, applying client policies to uphold community guidelines on a daily basis.

The role requires working on-site, availability for rotational shifts, and a background in content moderation or customer service with strong attention to detail. You may relocate as needed to Malaysia for this position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written Kurdish with strong reading comprehension.
• Experience in KPI-driven environments is required.
• Background in content moderation or customer service preferred.
• Able to handle offensive or disturbing content.
• Excellent multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify content in line with client policies.
• Maintain high-quality reviews meeting KPIs.
• Escalate issues promptly per procedures.
• Protect customer information and comply with confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to instructions.
