Job summary

Insider One is seeking a bold Creative Director to lead a global marketing design and brand experience. This hands-on leadership role reports to the VP of Brand and Communications and owns the creative output from campaigns to our design system and AI usage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative, brand, or design roles with leadership experience in fast-growth B2B SaaS or agency environments.
• A portfolio showing expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and design systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accountability for end-to-end outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Insider’s global creative function—guiding vision, setting standards, and elevating execution across all marketing touchpoints.
• Own and evolve Insider’s visual identity and brand systems for campaigns, events, paid media, website, and product storytelling.
• Build and manage a high-performing hybrid team of in-house designers and freelancers across time zones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to co-own and deliver high-impact campaigns and design assets.
• Translate briefs and business needs into creative direction that inspires, performs, and scales.
• Ensure design decisions reflect brand craft and a strong sense of detail.
• Manage creative budget, resources, timelines, and priorities with clarity.
• Establish workflows that enable fast movement without sacrificing quality.
• Provide candid feedback that grows people and sharpens the work.
