Job summary

AppNation is seeking a Brand Manager to shape how we are perceived as a product company and workplace. You will build a scalable brand narrative across social, content, events, and candidate touchpoints, working with People & Culture, marketing, and leadership.

You will craft stories that reflect our AI-driven products and fast-moving culture, lead brand touchpoints, and drive campaigns that attract top talent globally. This role offers flexible working options and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of brand, content, social media, community, or employer branding experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.
• Experience managing social media accounts and building communities.
• Understanding of company culture and employee experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to link brand actions to growth and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape AppNation's brand and employer brand strategy across channels.
• Lead content and social media, crafting stories about products, culture, and work style.
• Manage brand touchpoints including website, careers pages, assets, and merch.
• Shape culture and employee experience via internal storytelling and comms.
• Own candidate experience across touchpoints from first impression to offer.
• Build communities and lead events, meetups, and university collaborations.
• Track brand performance using data to improve engagement and hiring outcomes.
