Job summary

Momentum Nexus seeks a hands-on Client Growth Operations Manager to own day-to-day marketing delivery for assigned client accounts. You will turn client priorities into clear plans, coordinate execution, and ensure work moves from brief to approval to delivery.

You will work closely with creative, technical, and operations teammates, using AI tools and established workflows alongside your own marketing judgment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, digital project management, or agency account management.
• Experience managing multiple projects or client accounts with competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own client delivery: maintain priorities, deadlines, and next steps with clear ownership of each deliverable.
• Manage client communication: lead delivery check-ins, prepare progress updates, clarify requests, and turn feedback into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate content: manage calendars and delivery across blogs, guides, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Execute campaigns: prepare email marketing and outbound activities, including audience checks, campaign setup, approvals, and follow-up coordination.
• Use AI effectively: support research, planning, content preparation, and reporting while checking accuracy and usefulness.
• Review quality: check clarity, brand consistency, links, targeting, and readiness before approval or launch.
• Connect the team: work with creative and technical colleagues to resolve issues and dependencies.
• Turn results into actions: monitor campaign performance, explain findings, and recommend practical next steps.
• Maintain visibility: keep project management systems, client records, and documentation up to date.
• Improve recurring work: document repeatable processes and identify opportunities to simplify or automate delivery.
