This hands-on director role has no initial direct reports and requires influencing stakeholders, driving AI-driven transformation, and turning strategy into tangible outcomes that improve operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, business development, or transformation.
• Proven ability to influence CEOs and senior leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and partners.
• Commercial judgment with data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on, execution-focused with AI relevance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define strategic priorities and translate them into plans.
• Build alignment across leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new business models.
• Own cross-functional initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, drive delivery.
• Shape the AI transformation agenda and measure impact.
• Develop business cases and market analyses for executive decisions.
• Monitor progress, address gaps, and report risks to leadership.
