Job summary

Insider One is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Head of Video to build and lead our global video function. You will own the end‑to‑end process—from concept to final delivery—across flagship films, product launches, executive communications, and social content.

You will work with founders and senior leaders, manage an in‑house Motion Designer, and coordinate a global freelancer network. You will craft video design systems, set quality standards, and apply AI tools to ideation, localization, and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in video or creative production, with at least 2 years leading in‑house or studio teams.
A standout portfolio spanning brand films, product storytelling, launches, social content, events, and motion‑led work.
Proven track record of owning complex video projects from unclear briefs to polished delivery, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

Own Insider One’s global video roadmap and production pipeline across launches, events, campaigns, social content, and executive communications.
Turn ambiguous briefs into clear concepts, formats, narratives, and production briefs with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Lead end‑to‑end production from treatments, scripts, and storyboards to filming, animation, editing, sound, color, localization, and final delivery.
Write, direct, edit, or animate when needed, and decide which work is done internally or externally.
Develop and mentor the in‑house Motion Designer, set priorities, and provide precise feedback to raise standards.
