Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.
• B2B sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in the call center, SaaS, CCaaS, or software industries.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of AI, generative AI, and LLM-based tools.
• Ability to communicate the business value of AI-powered solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasion and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective international customers to introduce Call Center Studio’s products.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored offerings.
• Clearly communicate the business value of AI-powered solutions.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the existing customer portfolio and contribute to increased customer satisfaction.
• Track, manage, and report on sales processes through the CRM system.
• Use AI-powered sales tools to improve prospect research, customer segmentation, proposals, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
• Use AI tools responsibly and in compliance with data privacy and security policies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
